Terms of Service

SHOOTS is a shoot-management app for photographers, makeup artists, models and freelance crews, for tracking projects, crew, budgets, expenses and schedules. SHOOTS is currently in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has access to it.

If you add someone to a project by email, you confirm that you have the right to share their contact details with us for that purpose. SHOOTS will create an account for them if they don't already have one, so they can see their own call times and payment status, and will let them know by email. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you share about them, such as call times, locations and payment amounts.

You can create a share link for a project and send it to your client. Anyone with the link can view the schedule and, where enabled, delivery progress, without an account. You decide who receives the link, and you can disable it or replace it with a new one at any time. You're responsible for what you share through it.

You keep ownership of the project data, notes and other content you put into SHOOTS. You give us a limited licence to host, store and process that content only to provide the service to you and the people you invite or share with. We won't use your project data to train unrelated products or share it beyond what our Privacy Policy describes.

You agree not to:

• Use SHOOTS for anything illegal or fraudulent, or to harass or defraud anyone.
• Invite or add someone who hasn't agreed to have their contact and payment details shared with you through SHOOTS.
• Use SHOOTS to send spam, phishing or malicious links through project details, invitations, share links or any other field.
• Try to access another account, project or crew member's data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
• Get around plan limits, for example by creating extra accounts to avoid the Free plan's shoot limit.

SHOOTS has two plans:

• Free costs nothing and has no time limit. It includes up to 3shoots you create, unlimited shoots you're added to as crew, and the core features listed on our pricing section.
• Pro is ₹799 per year and adds unlimited shoots, full analytics and earnings history, the delivery timeline and unbranded client links, and priority support.

Early access. Anyone who activates their account while early access is running gets Pro at no cost for 6 months, counted from the day they activate. When those 6 months end, the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose to pay for Pro. Free Pro periods, whether from early access or granted by us, last 6 months; paid Pro lasts 12 months. No Pro period is permanent. You activate your account when you first set a password, whether by signing up yourself or by accepting an invitation to a project. Being invited is not enough on its own: if someone adds you to a project during early access but you only accept after it ends, you start on the Free plan. We decide when early access ends and will announce it in advance.

Billing. Pro is a one-time payment of ₹799 for 12 months, made through Razorpay. It does not renew automatically, and you're only ever charged when you choose to pay. If you pay while Pro is already running (including free early access or a granted period), the 12 months you paid for start when your current Pro ends, so you don't lose any days. Prices are in Indian rupees. We may change plan prices or features in future with advance notice, but a change won't affect a period you've already paid for. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If you move to Free. If an account without Pro has more than 3 shoots it created, those shoots are not deleted, but you may be unable to create new shoots or use Pro-only features until you upgrade.

You can stop using SHOOTS and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, pose a security risk, or where the law requires it. When your account is closed, your right to use SHOOTS ends straight away. What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

SHOOTS is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between you and crew members or clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold SHOOTS harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you submit, including disputes with crew members or clients.

We may update these terms as SHOOTS changes. If we make a material change, we'll notify active account holders by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use SHOOTS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SHOOTS is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
